Maine Scholastic Individual Chess Championships (Online) Tournament Report

This weekend the Maine Scholastic Individual Chess Championships took place online at Chess.com. The event attracted thirty-nine players in three sections: K-5, 6-8, and 9-12 and selected the Maine nominees to the Denker, Barber, and Rockefeller national scholastic tournaments.

Maine Chess Championship Feedback Form

We need some input on the new format for the Maine State Championship, which has been rescheduled for September 11-13, 2020! We are considering making a couple of changes in order to offer a longer time control and spread the tournament out over three days.
